On the results of the work of the Department of Land and Property Relations of the Executive Committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny Naberezhnye Chelny for 2020 was told at a morning meeting in the mayor's office by the head of the Lenar department Gizatullin.
He stressed that the main purpose of the Department of Land and Property Relations is to ensure maximum efficiency in managing the city's property and land resources, its profitability and safety.
Management of land and property relations carries out: accounting and management of municipal property; regulation of land and property relations; interaction with federal and republican structures in the field of use of state and municipal property and land resources located on the territory of the city.
"As a result of the activities of the Department of land and property Relations of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny in 2020, the city budget was replenished by 783 million rubles. with planned targets of 757.9 million rubles. An additional 25.1 million rubles were received. The growth was 3.3%," Lenar Gizatullin said.
