414 Naberezhnye Chelny families became the lucky owners of apartments , of which 184 are public sector workers, 92 are healthcare institutions, 56 are employees of Naberezhnye Chelny enterprises, 20 are young and seven are large families. It should be noted that 52 doctors received housing in this house under a grant. The republic allocated 800 thousand rubles for the purchase of an apartment , and the city allocated 100 thousand rubles.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that work on providing Tatarstan residents with housing will continue: "Vladimir Putin has set a goal to introduce 120 million square meters of housing by 2030.
